What is ceramic coating?

Ceramic coatings are the new standard of protection for your car. The coating chemically bonds to your vehicle's existing clear coat and forms a thin, hydrophobic layer of protection.

It fills the tiny pores in the paint to level out microscopic roughness, and it can bond to glass, wheels, chrome and plastic trim as well as paint.

Benefits

Why owners coat their cars

Deep, glossy finish

A coated car keeps that freshly detailed look for longer.

Easier washing

Less dirt sticks to a hydrophobic surface, so you wash less often and with less effort.

Fewer water spots

The coating repels water, which cuts down on spots after rain or sprinklers.

Pairs with PPF

Paint protection film guards against impacts, and a ceramic layer on top adds slickness that makes cleaning easier.

Caring for a coated car

A coating lasts longer with the right care. Inspect it every few weeks for signs of wear, use a mild spray sealant to boost the water beading, and deal with visible scratches promptly.
